To joy.
Illumination diminished.
Darkness creeping across corneas
Blurring edges and long sight,
Short vision.
Looking inwards
Wanting and failing.
Pushing back blackness
Try to hold the light
Perception or procedure
Too tired to think.
Sleep awaits the doubts
And despair
Sleep away.
