Curtains descend to thunderous applause,
Sky rockets ripping behind the scenes.
Entertainingly, wild and wanton,
Lashings of approval from above.
Densely clouded, crowded sky
Oppressing audiences for miles.
Fluctuating pressure, a supportive cast,
To tumultuous release.
I’m not a scaredy-cat. *shivers under blanket*

I envy you. It’s another hot and vulgar day here in Lancashire.

Poetic licence. It needs to have a good storm to clear the air. Too muggy. I want my sun back.x
