In churchyard ground,
The body found,
Sacred, thus profaned.
Life sacrosanct,
But not intact,
Mercy, all but waned,
But, corpse full-clothed,
No piece disrobed,
Questions need explained.
Faithless heart,
A love departs,
Vows are unmaintained.
Love has died,
A suicide.
Hope was unsustained.

I like this very, very much! It tickles my whiskers and just inside my ears. Two paws up! Reowr!

If my dog gets a whiff of and cat fur on my fingers there’ll be hell to pay! Glad you liked it. I missed your Reowr! 🙂 x

It’s funny that I can really love a piece but it doesn’t elicit a “Reowr”, but then I can read a piece that just tickles me the right away so that it comes out almost reflexively. It has been a little hampered lately by the comment about it possibly being misconstrued, but I think it’s starting to pop out again. 🙂

Glad to hear it. It’s very much a part of your calling card. And if the cat said it then it must be so. 🙂 x
