When the wave came – toe to head.
Limbs motionless,
Paralysed,
Numb to movement.
Afraid
Something,
Someone
Present and
In control.
And fear.
Such fear.
A mind to be lost
Perhaps
As with a soul,
If body has no control.
A thought occurs,
Grows stronger,
Repeated internally.
Release
From head to toe.
Relief.
Such relief.

Now I know about that, spent 3 months in a wheel chair after a motorbike accident, that was in 89 and even now everyday us a new day, my mobility is back somewhat but hey if it wasnt for the accident I would not be here telling you. How life changes 🙂
