Hail Fellow, Well Met

Nothing encapsulates all that I feel.

No words will make emotions more real.

Naught that I say may more thoroughly express

All that’s inside, for which I am blessed.

I could whistle out loud, a champion whistler – it’s true,

But no whistles or words could be heard by you,

Caught as you are in a whorl of earth’s darkest matter,

You hear but don’t listen; thoughts twist, turn and scatter

Into the night where no blue skies are seen,

Ideas and reality, a fruitless dream.

Futility embraced in a cloak of confusion

All hope a fantasy, merely illusion.

I’m wary of others who view all life’s chances

As a fool’s flight of fancy,

To be dismissed as a fairy tale, an epic collusion

Of mind and reality, just a protrusion

Of self in a place where castles feel real.

I’d rather live there than have visions crushed under heel

By those who diminish all hope with a smile,

A patronising nod and a hail, all the while

They laugh inside at my mirth and belief

That only we are, of life, our own tormentor and thief.

I know too many that shrug at all prospects

Doomed into gloom by their limited aspects.

I find it so hard to be at their side,

They vacuum my hope, my beliefs from inside.

So better than dying to internal death,

I leave them to be, although they’re bereft.

I can’t convince by effort alone,

I can’t infuse what they’ve never grown,

That hopes and desires are what make us live.

Each day a blessing, an option to give

One more venture, another gamble with stakes

That enhance possibilities, if risks we will take.

I’m gambling on life and all joys it proffers.

If you must, stay without. But don’t scoff at my nerve

That jumps like a jockey on a thoroughbred of great worth,

Leaping at fences and hazards that birth

New opportunities, aspirations to beget.

I’m sorry for you. Hail fellow, well met.

30 Things to Start Doing for Yourself by Marc Chernoff

30 things to start doing for yourself. Taking ownership. Love positivity. 🙂

Happy True Life

do it

Remember today, for it is the beginning.
Today marks the start of a brave new future.

Here it is, a positive ‘to-do’ list for the upcoming year – 30 things to start doing for yourself:

1. Start spending time with the right people.

These are the people you enjoy, who love and appreciate you, and who encourage you to improve in healthy and exciting ways.  They are the ones who make you feel more alive, and not only embrace who you are now, but also embrace and embody who you want to be, unconditionally.

2. Start facing your problems head on.

It isn’t your problems that define you, but how you react to them and recover from them.  Problems will not disappear unless you take action.  Do what you can, when you can, and acknowledge what you’ve done.  It’s all about taking baby steps in the right direction, inch…

How negative energy affects your life and how to clear it?

I want to direct you to this blog I have just come across. Full of enlightenment and positivity. A joy to read. 🙂

Happy True Life

Stardust energy clearing

You know that like attracts like, right? So here’s the deal: Positive people are drawn to positive energy; negative people are drawn to negative energy.

We tend to perceive negative energy as something other people have. Sure, sometimes we feel negative – as in, “go away and leave me alone, world!” but did you know that negativity can be so ingrained in you that it goes unnoticed?

That’s because negativity sometimes wears a disguise called ‘reality’. It’s easy to rationalize that you’re ‘just being realistic’ in not daring to act on a dream – and believe it!

You may assume that positive people are not being realistic – that they’re being naive, that they are in denial with their heads stuck in the sand, that they put on fake smiles in the face of difficulty and so forth.  But are they really happy idiots or is there something to their positivity?

Scientists prove DNA can be reprogrammed by Words and Frequencies

A fascinating read.

Happy True Life

DNAThe human DNA is a biological internet and superior in many aspects to the artificial one. Russian scientific research directly or indirectly explains phenomena such as clairvoyance, intuition, spontaneous and remote acts of healing, self healing, affirmation techniques, unusual light/auras around people (namely spiritual masters), mind’s influence on weather patterns and much more. In addition, there is evidence for a whole new type of medicine in which DNA can be influenced and reprogrammed by words and frequencies WITHOUT cutting out and replacing single genes.

Only 10% of our DNA is being used for building proteins. It is this subset of DNA that is of interest to western researchers and is being examined and categorized. The other 90% are considered “junk DNA.” The Russian researchers, however, convinced that nature was not dumb, joined linguists and geneticists in a venture to explore those 90% of “junk DNA.” Their results, findings and conclusions…

Flavoursome Friend

Bliss time again,

First coffee!

Gawd, I love it so much!

Nowhere to be on a Sunday morn,

So reading

And a mug of my crutch

To pep up the day before it begins,

All snuggled and sipping in time

To words that I read and some that I write,

A pleasure so simple but fine.

Prep for some comments!

I’m ready to roll

In and out of my favourite blogs.

All calm in here,

Though grey outside,

The weather has gone to the dogs.

Thunder and lightening

Accompanied my dreams,

Flashed in at my window pane,

I woke through the night

With sadness, no fright,

But a heart aching with pain.

All better now, dreams are so strange,

Especially when I can’t recall

What passed through my mind as I lay sleeping.

Maybe that’s wiser for all.

Though heavy the skies,

My heart is renewed

With a cup of the freshest of brew

And time to peruse,

Chat with my muse

And catch up on all of the news.

So cheers little coffee bean!

My days wouldn’t start

Quite so well

If your scent and your flavour

Did not endeavour

To rouse me. It would all go to hell.

Mornings spent trying to awaken.

Giving my old body a shaking,

But no need for that, cos you’re right on hand.

Yes, you my coffee, are grand!

One Single Tear

one single tear escapes and wends

its way slowly down from eye to cheek,

to wake in night unknowing what

has made me weep

one single tear

yet despair and grief are cloistered in,

suffusing, spreading still from soul out

to my pen.

one single tear wiped so easily,

no more to follow suit, but wonderment

that all I feel shed only

one single tear.
