I saw you today.

We passed on our ways.

Face and figure so familiar.

I looked away,

Apollos’ curse decree,

In thought and memory

Corvus, behold!

They from their highest tree,

Outlaws named,

Supplant life

to underworld,

These felons.

Bow down before duality.

Self-serving, glistening, their nature.

Lore unfurled,

Carrion infested
