Requiem

requiem to all extraneous

this solitude

its gift

the prize

relinquishing corporeal overloaders

senses

touched instead

with silent nothings

physical as ever undiscovered

hid behind closed muted eyes.

    1. I read it again to see what you meant. And I know what you mean. But I’m not sure why either. Best guess for me is it maybe sounds a bit like an incantation. I had visions there of shouded figures. Not where I was coming from when I wrote it. Freaky! 😉
