always in my heart, a strength I will send,

don’t ever think, the things that you feel,

are not so important, they are not so very real,

when it comes too much, and everything a task,

you hide it deep inside, always wearing a mask,

the days become a struggle, it’s hard to keep at bay,

to take another breath, one more time in the fray,
